Return Policy


At Scrubs Today our goal is your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the soles. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.


To return an item: Mail it with your RECEIPT (or copy) and a note stating the reason for return. Follow the return shipping instructions here and send to the address below, via insured mail or carrier. Often, a Flat Rate Priority Mail box or envelope is the least expensive way to mail, depending on what you are sending. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless the item is manufacturer defective when shipped. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
